Lamplight Press provides a service for creating personalized children's storybooks. You agree to use our service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all information you provide, including names, photos, and shipping details.
3. Orders and Payment
All prices are listed in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment is processed securely through Stripe at the time of order. By placing an order, you confirm that the payment information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud. Once an order has been processed and production has begun, it cannot be cancelled unless otherwise agreed upon by contacting our support team within 1 hour of purchase.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on the Lamplight Press website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Lamplight Press and is protected by intellectual property laws. The personalized books you purchase are for personal, non-commercial use only. You retain ownership of any photos you upload. By uploading a photo, you grant us a limited license to use it solely for the purpose of creating your personalized book.
5. Limitation of Liability
Lamplight Press is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lamplight Press shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
